Women's basketball: Sooners explode in second half to beat Texas, 69-56

The Sooners gave coach Sherri Coale her birthday present this afternoon by beating Texas, 69-56.
Key stat: 21. The Sooners scored 21 of their points off of 23 turnovers by the Longhorns
Key player: Junior guard Aaryn Ellenberg scored 22 points and grabbed four rebounds as she served as the Sooners' main offensive player.
What it means: The Sooners improve their record to 15-3 overall and 5-1 in Big 12 play. OU has now won three straight against Texas in Norman.
Next up for the Sooners: OU plays No. 1 Baylor at 11 a.m. Jan. 26 in Waco.
