The OU Multicultural Career Fair will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. today in the Kerr McGee Stadium Club.
The event is held every year as an opportunity to bring together employers and students, OU Career Services director Bette Scott said.
Out of the 11 career fairs held throughout the year, the Multicultural Career Fair is the first of the spring semester, bringing together college graduates, freshmen and sophomores from all majors and colleges, Scott said.
It is a chance for employers to showcase their companies and talk to students, Scott said.
The event also is an opportunity for undergraduates to network and build up contacts for future employment.
The OU Multicultural Career Fair is co-sponsored by Career Services, American Indian Student Life, African American Student Life, Latino Student Life, and Asian American Student Life, according to the Career Services website.
